Booking Confirmation
Upon receipt of your request and initial deposit, we will promptly confirm your booking and provide you with a detailed itinerary. A telephone booking confirmation is considered as valid as a written confirmation.
Payment Method
- An initial booking fee of £100 to £150 per person is accepted via card or bank transfer.
- The remaining flight amount should be settled in the company's designated bank account.
Price Guarantee
- **Charter Flight Arrangements:** The price indicated on the confirmation invoice is fixed and not subject to surcharges.
- **Scheduled Flight Arrangements:** The price shown on the confirmation invoice is guaranteed only upon full payment before the due date.
Government actions, such as the imposition of VAT or Passenger Levy, are not covered by our price guarantee.
Changes to Your Holiday
- **Minor Changes:** In the event of minor changes to your holiday, we will notify you promptly.
- **Major Changes:** If significant changes are necessary (e.g., departure time change exceeding 12 hours, airport change), we will inform you immediately. We aim to minimize inconvenience and provide alternative arrangements. You can choose to accept the changes, opt for a similar-priced alternative, or cancel with a full refund.
Group Holidays
- Some tours have minimum participant requirements. If not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and refund all payments. Group size reductions may lead to price increases.
Flights
- Details of airlines, flight numbers, schedules, and destination airports will be outlined on your invoice/confirmation. While specific aircraft types or airlines cannot be guaranteed, we ensure a comfortable travel experience.
Insurance
- We strongly recommend clients obtain adequate insurance. Insurance terms should be reviewed for coverage suitability. The company can provide insurance quotes, and a signed indemnity form is required if insurance is declined.
Booking Responsibility
- The person making the booking is responsible for the total payment of arrangements for all passengers listed on the invoice.
Deposit
- No booking is confirmed without the required deposit.
Changing Your Arrangements
- Changes, excluding an increase in the number of persons, may incur an Amendment Fee per person. Fees will be communicated at the time of changes.
Cancellation
- Cancellation charges apply, and written notification is required. A minimum cancellation fee of £75 per person plus the loss of the deposit is applicable before ticket issuance.
Complaints
- In case of issues during your holiday, inform the property owner/hotel management/local agent promptly. Complaints not resolved locally should be reported in writing within 28 days of your return for investigation.
Legal Jurisdiction
- We accept the jurisdiction of the Courts in any part of the UK where the client is domiciled. For clients outside the UK, the Court of England shall have sole jurisdiction.
